JSPL's South African units enter business rescue
Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL)’s South African subsidiaries have entered into business rescue proceedings. All three have appointed Grant Chittenden of Credible Practitioners as Business Rescue Practitioner (BRP).
The firms affected are Eastern Solid Fuels, Jindal Africa Investments, and Jindal Mining. JSPL’s Kiepersol mine in South Africa produces low-sulphur and low-phosphorus anthracite coal used by ferroalloy producers and steelmakers. This…
