JSPL sales growth continues in October
Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL) reported a 10% on-year rise in standalone sales and 13% growth in production to 600,000 tonnes and 585,000t respectively in October. Exports surged 37%, representing 28% of overall sales. This was however down from a 38% share in September-quarter sales.
The firm also posted its highest-ever monthly iron ore pellet and wire rod production of 701,500t and 49,062t respectively in October.
