Jiyuan Steel starts blast furnace construction
Henan-based Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group held a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of No.3 blast furnace at its replacement project.
MCC CERI is responsible for EPC construction for this project. One 1,300-cubic metre blast furnace with 1.191 million tonnes/year of iron capacity will be built at the plant, Kallanish notes.
