Jiyuan Steel republishes capacity replacement plan
China’s Jiyuan Steel has re-released its capacity replacement plan, after its previous attempt in January was stopped due to China’s changing replacement policy. The project can now be promoted as the new requirements came into effect at the start of June, Kallanish notes.
