Jiyuan Steel plans IPO
Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel intends to launch an initial public offering to take the company public, Kallanish notes.
The steel mill discussed the information and conditions required for the IPO at an internal meeting last week, but did not disclose the specific IPO plan. Jiyuan Steel is able to produce 5 million tonnes/year of steel, including its main products of special steel bar and wire rod.
