Qian'an Jiujiang Wire Rod has completed its investment in Tangshan Delong. Jiujiang Wire Rod is now a 51% shareholder of Tangshan Delong, Kallanish notes.
This cooperation will help the two parties to work together in the production and sales of wire rod and welded pipe. It will also aid the companies’ further participation in the integration of steel resources in Tangshan.
