Jinxi Steel replaces furnaces and converters
Jinxi Steel will replace existing blast furnaces and converters with fewer but larger new furnaces, and in so doing will reduce overall capacity. The replacement follows Chinese policies to solve excess production capacity, Kallanish notes.
