Jinshenglan commissions first steelmaking capacity
Central China’s Jinshenglan Metallurgical Technology hot tested its first steelmaking capacity on 12 October according to local media. The new steelmaker is part of Hubei province’s plans to restructure the steel industry, Kallanish notes.
