Jinnan Steel to commission angle bar mill
Shanxi province’s Jinnan Steel has announced that it will commission a new angle bar project this year, Kallanish notes.
The construction of the 1.3 million tonnes/year capacity mill started in 2018, with a total investment of CNY 280 million ($39.51 million). The project is intended to reduce competition on wire rod and rebar between Jinnan Steel and other steel producers in the region.
