Jinnan signs asset handover agreement with Yicheng Steel
Shanxi Jinnan Steel and Shanxi Minguang have jointly signed an asset handover agreement with Yicheng Steel. Yicheng was part of Jiuquan Iron & Steel until it was declared bankrupt and the assets were spun off, Kallanish notes.
