Jinhai Group delays stainless rolling mill completion
Guangxi-based Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel expects to see the completion of its new 1,050m continuous hot rolling stainless steel mill by the end of June, three months later than the initial plan, Kallanish notes.
Work on the project started on 30 June last year, and total investment was planned to be CNY 962 million ($152m). It wil add over 100,000 tonnes/month of hot rolled stainless steel capacity after completion (see Kallanish passim).
