Jingye takes control over Lianyungang Xingxin
China’s Jingye Steel has completely taken control over Lianyungang Xingxin Iron & Steel, according to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
Jingye now holds 100% equity in Xingxin Steel, and has appointed Jiao Ligang as the company's legal representative, executive director and general manager, Kallanish learns.
