Jingye purchases Huaxi Special Steel
According to public industrial and commercial registrations, Hebei Jingye Group has officially merged with Huaxi Special Steel, Kallanish learns.
The current legal representative of Huaxi Special has been changed to Liu Dongyue. Liu previously served as the deputy general manager of Yunnan Jingye Steel.
