Jindal's South Africa iron ore project faces opposition
Jindal Africa (JA), a subsidiary of Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL), is facing opposition from the local community for its Melmoth iron ore mining project in Mthonjaneni Local Municipality.
After iron ore prices reached attractive numbers, JA accelerated its studies to commence its second mining operation in South Africa.
