Jilin Xinda's capacity replacement project nears approval
The Jilin Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment started to review Jinlin Xinda Steel's capacity replacement plan on 30 November after the plan was initially unveiled one year ago (see Kallanish 13 October 2022)
