Jilin Xinda unveils second converter construction plan
China’s Jilin Xinda Iron & Steel has unveiled a plan to build its second 100-tonne converter, which is also the main facility of the company’s steelmaking capacity replacement project, according to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jilin Province.
