Jianlong to operate Haiwei Steel
Shanxi Jianlong, part of Jianlong Group, has signed a contract with Shanxi Wenshui Haiwei Steel (Haiwei Steel) to allow Shanxi Jianlong to lease and operate the Haiwei Steel plant, Kallanish notes.
