Jiangxi Taixin commissions EAF
Jiangxi Taixin Steel has commissioned one 100-tonne continuous feed electric arc furnace at its Guangfeng plant, Kallanish notes.
The capacity of this EAF, constructed by Wuxi Dongxiong Company, is about 1 million tonnes/year.
Taixin is a Taiwanese-invested construction steel company located in Jiangxi Province. It operates two 75-tonne EAFs and two 80-t ladle furnaces to produce rebar and wire rod with over 1m t/y capacity.
