Jiangsu's Changzhou to slash steel output

Jiangsu province's Changzhou city has announced it will limit production of several industries in order to reduce pollution in the city. Market sources estimated the production limit will affect daily average crude steel output by 30,000-70,000 tonnes, accounting for 2-3% of the country's total crude steel production.
