Court directs Jiangsu Shente into reorganisation
The People’s Court of Liyang City has ruled that five companies including Jiangsu Shente Steel will undergo bankruptcy and reorganisation, Kallanish notes.
The other four companies involved are Liyang Jianxin Steel, Liyang Changxing Furnace, Liyang Liyang Shente Section Steel and Liyang Changxing Steel Equipment, which are all subsidiaries of Jiangsu Shente.
