Jiangsu pushes for transformation of steelmaking industry
The Jiangsu Government has published a plan to improve and upgrade the local steelmaking industry, Kallanish notes.
The plan proposes that the proportion of production capacity along the coast and by rivers should be around half compared to three- sevenths at present. It also suggests developing industry clusters.
