Jiangsu Delong begins second slab caster construction
Jiangsu Delong has begun construction of the last caster of its second-phase steelworks in Xiangshui Metal New Material Industrial Park. China 20th Metallurgical Corporation (MCC20) is the contractor, Kallanish reports.
