Jiangsu Changbao hot tests seamless tube plant
China’s Jiangsu Changbao Precision Tube Co. has successfully hot tested its continuous hot rolled seamless tube plant, of which the main rolling mill was provided by Germany-headquartered SMS Group, Kallanish notes.
The annual capacity of the plant is 300,000 tonnes of seamless tube with a diameter of 51-159mm and wall thickness of 4-20mm. The products are used in oil and gas production.
