Jiangsu Binxin announces BF upgrade plan
China's Jiangsu Binxin Iron & Steel has announced the blast furnace upgrade plan for the 1,080 cubic-metre blast furnace at its plant in Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province.
The steelmaker will build a 1,250 cum BF to replace it, with 1.15 million tonnes/year of iron capacity. The new facility aims to commission within 2023, Kallanish learns from an official document.
