JFE reports soaring quarterly earnings
In the April-June quarter, the beginning of JFE Steel’s fiscal year 2022 (FY22), the company reported soaring earnings thanks to more sales and higher selling prices, according to its financial report announced on Wednesday.
In the June quarter, JFE’s non-consolidated and consolidated steel production reached 6.43 million tonnes and 6.77mt, respectively rising 2.9% and 2.7% on-year, Kallanish notes.
