JFE secures loan for Chinese steel joint venture
The Japan Bank for International Co-operation has agreed to loan $58 million to Japanese steel manufacturer JFE Steel for its investment in China with Baowu Group, Kallanish notes. This will be co-financed with unspecified loans provided by Japan's private-sector Mizuho Bank.
