JFE develops ferro coke production
JFE Steel Corporation reports it has cooperated with Japan's New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) to develop a medium-scale ferro coke production facility. This will have a daily production capacity of 300 tonnes. The facility was hot tested on 9 October at JFE Steel's West Japan Works in Fukuyama, Kallanish notes.
