JFE advances blast furnace revamp plan
Major Japanese steelmaker JFE Steel will advance the revamp date of No.6 blast furnace at East Japan Works. It will therefore also bring forward the close of the upstream processes and hot rolling equipment in its Keihin district, Kallanish notes.
