Jennmar acquires most of Australian Steel & Wire
Jennmar has acquired a majority stake in Australian Steel & Wire (ASW) in a move to expand the scale of the Pennsylvania-based company's wire mesh business, Kallanish discovers in a Jennmar press release.
The acquisition of Queensland, Australia-based ASW is expected to expand Jennmar’s offering of cost-effective wire mesh and related products throughout Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
