Jazeera Steel sales surge, but profit slumps
Al Jazeera Steel posted a 20% on-year surge in sales in 2018 to OMR 116.1 million ($302m). However, total expenses rose at a faster rate, by 23% to OMR 113.4m. Net profit after tax thus declined -41% to OMR 2.8m.
