Japan's coking coal imports decline in April
Japan's coking coal imports declined in April due to rising import costs, according to the data from the Japan Ministry of Finance (MoF).
Last month, Japan imported 4.74 million tonnes of coking coal, down by 16.8% compared to the preceding month and also dropping by 7.4% from the same month a year ago, Kallanish notes.
