Japanese cross-border steel trade slips in April
After continuous gains in the beginning of the year, the cross-border trade of iron and steel products in Japan slipped in April on a month-on-month basis. Monthly and year-to-date imports however remained higher than the corresponding period of last year, according to data from the Japan Iron & Steel Association (JISF).
