Japan slaps AD duties on Chinese/Korean steel components
Japan is applying preliminary anti-dumping duties on Chinese and South Korean carbon steel pipe connector imports, according to a Ministry of Finance announcement on 22 December, Kallanish notes.
According to the announcement the AD duties will be effective over 28 December 2017 to 27 April 2018 with a tax rate ranging between 41.8-69.2% for Chinese and Korean exporters.
