Japan, Korea demand ‘nothing explosive’ says Basson
Japan and South Korea are likely to see an increase in steel demand this year, but only slightly, according to the latest short range outlook from the World Steel Association (worldsteel). The forecasts are in line with the expectations of local industry, which is under pressure in both their domestic and export markets.
