Izostal revenue declines despite export growth
Izostal’s revenue fell -11% on-year in 2019 to PLN 770.3 million ($184.8m) due mainly to reduced sales to Polish gas pipeline operator Gaz-System. The firm says it has observed clearly increased demand in recent months for insulated steel pipe of smaller diameters for use in construction of new and modernising of existing low-pressure gas pipelines.
