Ivan Vella commences as IGO’s CEO and MD
Rio Tinto's former aluminium head Ivan Vella has commenced work as IGO’s new chief executive officer from Monday and has been officially appointed to the board as managing director, Kallanish notes.
IGO says in a statement that the material terms of Vella’s employment agreement have been previously announced, and all resolutions related to his appointment were passed at the company’s recent annual general meeting.
