ITC votes in favour of Valbruna's theft complaint
The US International Trade Commission has ruled in favour of stainless producer Valbruna in a Section 337 case, blocking India’s Viraj Profiles from shipping its stainless products to the US for 16.7 years.
Valbruna’s Section 337 claim stems from the alleged theft of trade secrets by Viraj. Italian courts have handled both civil and criminal cases related to the alleged thefts, Kallanish notes.
