ITC finds injury in rectangular pipe case

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has found that the US industry is being materially injured by imports of heavy-walled rectangular welded pipe from Korea, Mexico and Turkey. The ITC’s determination effectively ratifies the anti-dumping margins found in July by the US Department of Commerce, paving the way for duty implementation. The department found Mexico to be dumping at margins of 3.83-5.21%; Korea at 2.34-3.82%; and Turkey 17.83-35.66%. …
