Italy's Stefana generates more acquisition interest
Italian companies Alfa Acciai and Feralpi have submitted their respective proposals for the acquisition of two of the four production sites formerly operated by troubled long steelmaker Stefana, Kallanish learns from local union sources. The news was published by the court in Brescia after the company’s creditors gave green light to the so-called “… concordato procedure”.
