Italian wire rod prices seen increasing again
Italian wire rod prices are seen increasing again, with mills hiking offers by €30/tonne ($36) thanks to strong export and domestic demand, sources tell Kallanish.
Some producers are already beginning to talk about pushing up their prices to €850/t ex-works, also due to growing new arisings scrap grade E8 prices, which are currently at €500-515/t delivered in Italy.
