Italian tube prices fall despite costlier HRC
Welded tube prices in Italy are declining despite increasing hot rolled coil quotations. This is due to weak demand and uncertainty on the retail side as distributors are putting off booking material for fear of further price drops and in order to see what happens in the remainder of September.
