Italian stainless scrap values fall

Prices for stainless scrap in Italy are falling in October after another month-on-month decline in September due to lower nickel prices, Kallanish hears. Grade 304 material without blend is expected to reach €1,100/tonne ($1,266/t) delivered on average, a m-o-m fall of over €70/t compared to the beginning of September.
