Italian stainless scrap prices increase again, market quiet
Italian stainless scrap prices are increasing again. Compared to the beginning of November, they are up €50/tonne ($56/t) due to rising nickel prices, supply shortages, particularly for the 316 grade, and strong demand for finished product.
Like last month, both long and flat product prices continue their upward trend, sustained by strong demand from end users.
