Italian scrap sales' volumes improve as prices dip
Italian scrap sales volumes have significantly improved when compared to the poor level of demand experienced by local merchants at the beginning of January. Large merchants who spoke to Kallanish said that January has been a good month in terms of sales volumes despite a slow beginning to the month when demand from mills ramped up slowly.
