Italian scrap to hike on short supply

Italian scrap prices are about to increase by €10/tonne ($11) in line with rising international values. The first signs of a shortage of material, such as for shredded scrap E40 and old think scrap E3, is also pushing up values. The expected increase is for end-November delivery.
