Italian scrap may weaken again
After losing €10/tonne ($11.2/t) on June, Italian domestic scrap prices seem set to decline by a further €5-8/t, market participants tell Kallanish. Some mills are attempting to further reduce their purchasing prices for end-July delivery because of the downturn in domestic finished products.
