Italian scrap import contracts seen flattening, supply restricted
Italian contracts for scrap imports from Germany, France and Eastern Europe are expected to flatten this month. Italian mills and sellers negotiate contracts towards the middle of each month, with discussions and some early contracts seeming to point to relative price stability.
