Italian scrap demand resumes, volumes hike
After mills have achieved a €5-10/tonne ($5.6-11.3/t) price discount on certain grades compared to March, demand has resumed in the Italian domestic scrap market. This follows a week of stagnation and extremely low demand for scrap, market participants tell Kallanish.
