Italian scrap buyers lower offers, prices dip
Italian ferrous scrap prices are set to fall again in a continuation of the downward trend witnessed in March. The few long and flat producers that have resumed activity this week are making offers which are €20/tonne ($21/t) less than previously and sometimes €30/t lower compared to March, sources tell Kallanish.
