Italian rebar producers seek increases
Italian rebar producers are seeking a €40/tonne ($48) price increase compared to the beginning of last week, with contract prices having recovered gradually since last week.
Producers are now strongly defending their price increases and asking for €340-450/t base ex-works. Some refuse to sell at less than €340/t, Kallanish hears from sellers and buyers.
